Responsible Gaming
Sunset Valley is committed to responsible gaming and to ensuring that underage players are not allowed to play our game online.
Age Verification
An underage player who has provided dishonest or inaccurate information regarding their true age may have all rewards forfeited and take the risk to face prosecution.
Sunset Valley requires every new player to confirm that they are of legal age to play online games in their local jurisdiction. We pursue all reasonable measures to verify this information. Sunset Valley does not direct any of its advertising towards underage players.
Sunset Valley does the following to prevent underage play on our site:
- Requires all new users to agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm they are at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation.
Our intention is that our game remains available to all players who are of legal age. We encourage our users to take reasonable precautions to ensure that minors are not able to access our game through their personal computers or player accounts.
We strongly encourage our players, who are or may be around minors in those places, to log on to our software to:
- Never leave the computer or laptop unattended while logged into our video slot. If you leave the computer, remember to lock it using a password.
- Keep your Sunset Valley account name and password in a secure location. Do not leave the ‘Save Password’ function enabled on your Sunset Valley login.
- Use age protection software on your computer, or other devices, to limit access to specific websites and programs for underage users.
- Never share your bank account information with underage persons.
- When you access the software from someone else’s computer, or you login from a remote location (a hotel, wireless location, airport or other public place), please be mindful of any minors who may be near you while you play at Sunset Valley.
If you are aware of any minors playing at our game, please contact us with all the relevant details. We will fully and fairly investigate any matters reported and, when necessary, freeze the player's account to prevent the user from any further play.
Play Responsible
Online gambling games should be played for entertainment. For some people, even one session can be too much, which is why we encourage you to play responsibly.
Please consider these guidelines before you play our game:
- Don’t chase your losses – everyone has a losing session once in a while in a video slot game. Don’t move to higher stakes tables in hope of recouping money you lost at lower stakes games.
- Set a limit – do not play with money you can’t afford to lose. Don’t risk your house rent or living allowance on the game.
- Don’t play when you are tired, angry, depressed, or drunk. Playing takes focus and concentration — if your head’s not in the game, you shouldn’t be at the table to play.
If you think playing online is becoming a problem, we encourage you to seek help through an organization like Gamblers Anonymous or GambleAware.
Self-Exclusion
If you want more help in controlling your online game play, you can request to be excluded from playing on our site for a defined period of time, ranging from 12 hours to 18 months. Once you ask to be excluded from playing at Sunset Valley, your decision is irreversible.
Before choosing self-exclusion, please take a moment to review the following questions:
- Have you ever failed to go to work or to school because you were playing online?
- Have you ever played longer than you had planned in advance?
- Has playing online caused you to neglect your welfare, or that of your family?
- Have you ever sold anything or borrowed money to play?
- Have you often played until your last money was gone?
- Have you ever considered self-destruction or suicide as a result of your playing?
If you answered “yes” to several of these questions above, we encourage you to visit Gamblers Anonymous or GambleAware for support.

Setting Your Limits
Sunset Valley has introduced a feature, ‘Self-Imposed Deposit Limit’, to allow our players to better manage their time, funds and gaming experience. A ‘Self-Imposed Session Time Limit’ will follow soon.
Self-Imposed Deposit Limits
Using the Sunset Valley ‘Self-Imposed Deposit Limit’ feature, you can better manage your online gaming budget. You can set your limits for how much you wish to deposit on a weekly basis. To access the Self-Imposed Deposit Limit feature, please send us an email with the limits you want, and our support team will take care of the settings.
Once you have set a Self-Imposed Deposit Limit, any transfers you make count towards that limit. For example, if your Self-Imposed Deposit Limit is USDT 200 per week, and you have already transferred USDT 100 to your Sunset Valley account, you will only be able to deposit an additional USDT 100 during the remainder of that week.
