3. Acceptance Of The Terms & Conditions

Sunset Valley reserves the right to report any person supplying false information on the Site to the relevant authorities. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions. 4. Registration

Only one personal account is permitted per player. Keep your login details confidential and your account information accurate. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through support so it can be investigated. An allegation of unauthorized access or duplicate accounts does not, by itself, justify forfeiture of legitimate funds.

5. Language Discrepancies

In case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Agreement, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

6. Your Representations And Undertakings

You are responsible for the internet access and equipment needed to use the service.

Sunset Valley will not require you to grant a licence to your name, photograph or likeness as a condition of receiving rewards, including a jackpot. Any use of those details for publicity or marketing requires separate, informed and voluntary consent specifying the intended use. You may refuse or withdraw that consent without affecting your entitlement to legitimate rewards. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Withdrawals, including jackpot rewards, are governed by Section 12. No separate daily payout cap or automatic monthly jackpot instalment schedule is imposed by this section.

7. Betting & Taxes

You are responsible for understanding and meeting your tax obligations under applicable law. Sunset Valley may keep transaction and betting records and make disclosures where required by law.

If you dispute a recorded bet or result, contact support with the relevant details. Sunset Valley will review the available records and explain its findings; its records are not conclusive evidence that prevents you from challenging a result. Technical errors affecting wagers, balances or rewards will be investigated and any corrections must reflect the affected transactions, the game rules and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights or your right to pursue a complaint or legal remedy.

8. Membership

Sunset Valley may restrict, suspend or close an account for a substantiated breach of these terms, a security concern or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where legally permitted, you will receive the reason and an opportunity to contact support or contest the decision. Restrictions must be proportionate to the circumstances.

Legitimate withdrawable funds remain payable to a supported cryptocurrency wallet you lawfully control, subject to reasonable identity checks and any lawful hold. Inactivity, including 180 days without logging in, does not by itself cause your balance to be forfeited. Account closure does not automatically cancel your entitlement to legitimate funds. A suspected breach or duplicate account is not grounds for blanket confiscation of deposits or rewards; any adjustment must have a specific, lawful and explained basis.

Sunset Valley will not publish your identity or circulate your name or email address to other operators as punishment for alleged fraud or criticism. Personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities or necessary service providers only where there is a valid legal basis, for a specified lawful purpose, and with appropriate safeguards. Disclosures must be limited to what is necessary and handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy & Security policy. You may exercise your applicable data-protection rights through support.

You may challenge an account restriction, balance adjustment or closure through support and, where applicable, a competent complaints body or court. These terms do not remove those rights.

9. Unfinished Games

If a game is interrupted or unfinished, its recorded status and the applicable game rules determine how the round is resolved. An interruption alone does not automatically forfeit your balance. Contact support with the round details if a wager, result or credit appears to be missing so the transaction can be investigated.

10. Transactions And Fraud

Deposits and withdrawals are crypto-only and use the cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks currently supported in the cashier. These terms do not authorize access to unrelated programs or personal files on your device.

11. Declarations By User

You, The User, declare and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You are SOLELY and SEPARATELY responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
All your details contained in the Account Form submitted to Sunset Valley are true and correct.
You will participate in betting or gambling solely on behalf of yourself and not for any business use, or use by others.
You will not bet with multiple e-mail addresses nor use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as a multiple User, and is fully aware that should you attempt to bet with multiple e-mail addresses under multiple identities or use any device or artifice to create multiple accounts, you will be disqualified.
You have read the legal warning(s) posted by Sunset Valley on the Websites.
You fully understands the methods, rules, and procedures of participating in the bet as specified on Sunset Valley website(s).
You are fully aware that there exists a risk of losing money when placing a bet.
The source of the funds used by the User for placing bets is not illegal.

12. Cash Out

Withdrawals are made using a supported cryptocurrency and network to a wallet you lawfully control, not by credit card refund, cheque or bank-account payout. Review the cashier for the available currencies, network fees, transaction limits and processing information before making a request. Identity or security checks must be reasonable and comply with applicable law; any lawful delay or restriction should be explained where disclosure is permitted.

Jackpot rewards follow the same withdrawal process as other legitimate rewards. These terms do not impose a separate EUR 20,000 daily cap or a EUR 3,000 monthly instalment schedule for jackpots or other withdrawals. Any applicable transaction limit must be clearly disclosed before play and must not be used to cancel legitimate rewards.

Bonus funds and rewards derived from them are subject to the specific promotion terms disclosed before participation, including any wagering requirements, eligibility rules, expiry dates and withdrawal restrictions. If you dispute a withdrawal, stake or rewards, contact support for a review and an explanation. Sunset Valley's assessment does not prevent you from seeking review by a competent complaints body or court, and nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Bonus

The Welcome Bonus, First Deposit Bonus and First Bonus refer to the same first-deposit promotion. Next Deposit Bonuses and other rewards are separate promotions. Current offers are shown on the Promotions page, and each offer must clearly disclose its eligibility conditions, minimum deposit if any, wagering requirements, expiry, any maximum rewards and withdrawal restrictions before participation.

Bonus credits are promotional funds, not automatically withdrawable cash. Whether bonus-related rewards can be withdrawn depends on the specific terms of the accepted offer. Bonus restrictions must not be applied to unrelated legitimate funds without a lawful and disclosed basis.

A player may receive a first-deposit bonus only once. Suspected duplicate-account or promotion abuse will be investigated under Section 8. Any cancellation or adjustment must be proportionate, explained where legally permitted, and based on the applicable offer terms and law rather than an unrestricted discretion to confiscate funds.

14. No Warranty

Sunset Valley makes no warranty that the software or services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials or as to results or the accuracy of any information obtained by you through the services. In the event of systems or communication errors, bugs or viruses relating to account settlement or other elements of the services or resulting in loss of data by you or any other damage to your computer equipment or software, Sunset Valley shall in no way be liable to you and Sunset Valley reserves the right to void all games or rewards in question and take any other action to correct such errors save that Sunset Valley is not required to provide any back up network and/or systems or similar services. In the event of errors, we will have the right, but not the obligation, to (temporarily) remove or disable any relevant games from the software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.
